You can browse open positions on our site by going to the “Explore Careers” tab, and selecting the job category that best suits your search. You can also narrow your search by location, clearance level, etc. using the filters on the left-hand side of the search results page. Once you find a position you want to apply to, click "Apply Now" on the job requisition. You will be prompted to create user credentials and establish your profile. If you are a returning user, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials. Once logged in, you can step through our application process.

Yes! BAE Systems, Inc. hires for thousands of jobs each year and will welcome the opportunity to review your resume and credentials for the roles that, you believe, match your qualifications.

Our Talent Acquisition recruiters are working to review resumes against open positions. They may reach out to you via phone or email with additional questions or to have a quick conversation in an effort to find the best candidate and position match possible. Even if you are not contacted, your resume becomes a part of a database shared by all our recruiters for future positions.

To see your application status, click on “Check Application Status” under the “Application Resources” drop-down menu. You will be prompted to login to your profile. Once logged in, click on “Applications” and then “Submitted Applications” to see your current status against each of the jobs to which you have applied.

As part of the referral application process, both the candidate and the employee will receive confirmation messages via email. Both communications will indicate that the referral and application submissions were successful.
