BAE Systems is proud to be an authorized SkillBridge organization through the United States Department of Defense (DoD), helping service members transition into civilian careers. The SkillBridge Program gives Active-Duty military members valuable work experience through industry-specific training during their last 180 days of service.

But what sets our program apart? As a distinguished military friendly employer, nearly 20% of our workforce holds veteran status. Our teams and employees truly understand the challenges transition presents and can help guide service members into the next chapter of their lives. We align candidate skills and experience with our organizational needs creating a pathway to a full-time employment opportunity once the program is complete based on performance.
