The SkillBridge Program at BAE Systems is currently operating out of our Space & Mission Systemsand Platforms & Services sectors. It is available in ten locations: Broomfield, Westminster, and Boulder, CO; Albuquerque, NM; Dayton, OH; Sterling Heights, MI; Jacksonville, FL; York, PA; Louisville, KY and Minneapolis, MN.
Service members must be able to complete the program within their last 180 days of military service and must also obtain approval from their chain of command, which varies by each Branch of the Military. Such Branch Commanders may approve or disapprove participation by a Service member based upon unit mission requirements.

SkillBridge opportunities are based on current needs of the sponsoring strategic business unit, geographic availability and the potential to provide regular, full-time employment upon program completion.
