Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Our sites in New Hampshire often host Leadership Development Program (LDP) participants. The LDP is designed for early-career professionals determined to become the leaders of tomorrow. There are five different LDPs: contracts, engineering, finance, operations, and quality. Each typically consists of three, one-year full-time rotations across different locations nationwide to gain diverse business exposure.
Nashua
Our two Nashua locations are home to our Electronic Systems' headquarters and The Richard Reed Microelectronics Center (MEC), a 100,000-square-foot facility including a wafer fabrication foundry, module development factory, RF test laboratories, and advanced microwave assembly factory.
Merrimack
Our Merrimack location includes environmental test facilities, laser test range and research and development labs.
