Our sites in New Hampshire often host Leadership Development Program (LDP) participants. The LDP is designed for early-career professionals determined to become the leaders of tomorrow. There are five different LDPs: contracts, engineering, finance, operations, and quality. Each typically consists of three, one-year full-time rotations across different locations nationwide to gain diverse business exposure.

Our two Nashualocations are home to our Electronic Systems' headquarters and The Richard Reed Microelectronics Center (MEC), a 100,000-square-foot facility including a wafer fabrication foundry, module development factory, RF test laboratories, and advanced microwave assembly factory.

Our Merrimack location includes environmental test facilities, laser test range and research and development labs.

Manchester, the most recent facility opened in New Hampshire, was fully renovated in 2019 and includes state-of-the-art engineering design and lab space.
