Our facility Our state-of-the-art facility was built in 2020. It spans 83,000 square feet and houses advanced manufacturing and engineering labs and modern, collaborative office space. The innovation hub sits in Cummings Research Park, the second-largest research park in the United States and supports key product lines for BAE Systems. The site is near the Redstone Arsenal, home to U.S. Army Materiel Command, U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command and the Missile Defense Agency. 

The site supports our precision guidance and countermeasure and electromagnetic attack product areas. Here, we develop next-generation weapon seeker products that deliver precision weapon effects across all threat environments and deliver mission-critical detection systems to help protect pilots and aircrews from emerging threats.

 Tackling complex, mission-critical challenges at the office builds a strong foundation for our professional relationships. However, our community events are what truly forge lasting camaraderie. We actively support team well-being through shared experiences, including open-grill days, food trucks and ticket giveaways for Huntsville’s professional soccer and baseball teams.

Employees build friendships over ping-pong, foosball, pickleball, basketball, and disc golf. Outside of work, we make memories together at events like Fall Family Night and holiday tree decorating on the Huntsville Tinsel Trail.
