ABLE Abilities Beyond Limits and Expectations Employee Resource Group (ERG)
ABLE is made up of hundreds of dedicated employees who share a common mission to educate, inspire, and connect individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and allies. The group is a key component in ensuring disability inclusion and accessibility are available at all levels of BAE Systems. Along with advising on best recruiting practices and workplace conditions, ABLE provides a mental health advocacy program, community outreach, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Get to know Katie
Just two weeks into her internship, an unusual event occurred, leading to a series of medical tests. The resulting diagnosis led Katie to find her purpose. “If sharing my story makes someone feel less alone, that’s what matters," she said.
As an experienced legal advisor, Niki knows the importance of being curious. She takes this same approach in her mission to amplify disability inclusion and representation. "Let's continue to ask questions to foster an inclusive workplace," she said.
