Employee resource groups (ERGs)
Our ERGs create impactful opportunities to build cultural competence, provide resources for professional development and empower employees to be their best and most authentic selves.
Each year, we attend several Diversity Partner Conferences in order to network and learn from industry leaders, build talent pipelines, and support the growth and development of our employees.

Our Women’s Inclusive Network (WIN), of our Employee Resource Groups, also aims to advance all women in the workplace by fostering connection, development, and belonging in the company and the community.

Our DEI Learning programs are designed to increase cultural competence, develop inclusive behaviors, and better-equip everyone to champion DEI. B.R.I.D.G.E Mentorship Program
The BRIDGE (Bringing Reciprocal and Intercultural Development and Growth to Everyone) Mentorship Program aims to facilitate cross-cultural learning and connections. These ongoing, intentional and mutually enriching relationships are designed to help participants feel safe sharing about their identities and experiences, explore and better-understand themselves and others, and develop meaningful connections across the organization. .
Brand Leadership Institute (BLI)
TheBrand Leadership Institute (BLI) is a coaching and community-enhancing program designed to help women connect and address hidden barriers to leadership. This cohort-based experience intentionally creates a safe community for women to connect with other women both within BAE Systems, Inc. and across other companies. Since 2019, over 200 BAE Systems employees have graduated from BLI.
Each member of our Senior Leadership Team sponsors employees in underrepresented groups across the organization.
The purpose of the program is to: improve readiness for more senior roles; increase racial diversity in leadership; provide development, exposure, and high-visibility opportunities; and, develop meaningful relationships.
