General eligibility for a refer yourself back bonus: • For consideration, applicants must disclose themselves as previous employees on their application. • Must have previously worked at BAE Systems, Inc. • Must apply for an eligible position* between October 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 and start employment by October 31, 2027. • An eligible position is defined as one that is shown on the Refer Yourself Back Page (this page) and is not in the Inc. HQ or ESS business unit. See business designation at the top left corner of your desired job description. • Must be separated from the company for at least 30 days before their application.
An overview of the process: • Search this page to find an open opportunity. • Apply for open role(s) and don't forget to list yourself as a previous employee. • As you go through the hiring process, your recruiter will provide you more information about the bonus opportunity for the specific role(s) you are interested in.
