Warrior Integration Program | Find available openings at BAE Systems

The Warrior Integration Program (WIP) is a multi-year rotational program designed to integrate post-9/11 service members from the Combat Arms and Combat Support Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) into BAE Systems, setting the stage for progression in a new career. This is accomplished through challenging and rewarding rotational assignments, technical and leadership training, advanced education, leadership opportunities, as well as; exposure/networking, sponsorship, transition assistance, and connection to Veteran resources. Rotations are typically focused within the operations functions of the company.

Those who served in the Combat Arms & Combat Arms Support community are at the greatest disadvantage when finding civilian employment due to the lack of traditional transferrable skill sets. They are often left questioning what they will do next when they leave the Military. The Warrior Integration Program is the answer to that question.
